Mandy Roberge returns to the library for a monthly Crafternoon series. This month she will teach participants how to make kaleidoscopes. Decorate the exterior of a kaleidoscope with washi tape, sharpies and stickers and then add some fun beads and baubles to the end. This program is for children age 8 and up.
